UASC Tryzub’s Ukrainian Nationals organizing
an adult women’s soccer team

Ukrainian Nationals “Tryzub” is currently organizing an adult women’s soccer team to compete in the United Soccer League beginning in the fall of 2011.  Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings throughout the summer at the Ukrainian American Sport Center (“Tryzubivka”), Lower State and County Line Roads, Horsham, PA.

“We are truly excited about weaving adult women’s soccer into the Tryzub tradition”, said Ukrainian Nationals’ president, Taras Kozak. He commented that the program will serve the Ukrainian American community very well both by affording our women athletes an opportunity to compete against some of the existing Philadelphia area clubs such as UGH, Phoenix and VE, and by allowing players on our girls’ youth teams to prolong their friendships into their adult lives.
